Find the licence statement
Licensed sites publish the licence holder, licence number and regulator in the footer. A logo alone proves nothing.
Check the regulator's register
Search the regulator's public register directly rather than following a link from the operator's site. The company name and status must match.
If it does not match, walk away
We do not list an operator as licensed unless the regulator record is verified. Neither should you.
